Food is always fresh and made exactly how we want. The staff is friendly & the new GM is very nice, fast, & accommodating. The restaurant is always fully stocked & clean. We’ll be back!
I ordered on the SUBWAY® app, proceeded to the location to find out that the night staff had not shown up so even though we paid for it, they didn’t make the subs then we were told because they didn’t accept it. It would be refunded back to the card, which it wasn’t so we had to make another trip back to the store This morning this is very unacceptable. The management at that location in Quechee is horrible. They need to do a better job at finding associates with better management skills
Employee tells me she can't toast my flat bread with a huge grin on her face. Thanks for making me waste my entire half hour lunch break watching you make 2 sandwiches for the 2 people before me in line. Never going to subway again!
