The owner is one of the kindest, most generous people I've randomly met at a restaurant! Attentive, welcoming, great with his staff... Impressive! The store is immaculate and the food was excellent. This is arguably the nicest Subway I've ever been to. Thank you for your hospitality!
I love Subway, however I honestly thought that they fell off. This location renewed my confidence in the chain. This may be the only branch I visit in Winchester.
Called the store to push my pick up time. When the manager answered he completely talked over me and would not let me finish. Then he tells me that he will not accept my sub club reward and will cancel my order. I hope I get a refund for the second sub. Better going elsewhere who honors subways reward program.

This place is a joke. How they will sell you food and don't have a public restroom to wash your hands and have your hands clean to eat your sandwich 🤔
