Every online order I’ve ever placed has been wrong. Employees seem to not care 10 out of 10 wouldn’t waste my time !! unless you tell them how to make a sandwich.
Burnt my sandwich
Why do y’all not listen when we put special instructions on the online orders? Not only did I do that, but I also called JUST to make sure they read the special instructions. EVERY TIME I’ve ordered online it’s wrong. It’s one thing when the customer doesn’t say anything but when you put special instructions then call afterwards to confirm they’ve seen it and they still get it wrong, there’s no excuses for that. I used to also work at this subway specifically. This is insane.
I was in drive thrue no answer, went to window no one showed up to the window, at least say I’m sorry we will be with you shortly but nothing.
