How can you work at Subway and not help a customer out on how to use the subway app?! It's not about it's a busy time right now, it's about you don't train your employees correctly! Get to know how to use and assist customers on the app because if I can't use the app to get the discount and you can't help me use the app and you can't give me the discount because I'm not using the app.... Did not get what I ordered no enough meat only sparce tomatoes no dressing it was more bread than a wholesome sandwich. Never again and I use to be a good place to eat.
Every online order I’ve ever placed has been wrong. Employees seem to not care 10 out of 10 wouldn’t waste my time !! unless you tell them how to make a sandwich.
