they don’t know how to answer the phone when you have an issue with an online order. thanks a lot for doing a a great job at sitting around.
We placed a mobile order around 12:30 that was set to be ready at 1:05. We didn’t pick up our order till 2:11 due to a broken printer. The girl working the counter did everything she could to try to get our order ready, but she was the only one working at the initial time of pickup. Management was no where to be found. It was only when we returned an hour later that there was more than one person working and she was finally allowed to fulfill our order. Staffing needs to be better during the weekends.
