they don’t know how to answer the phone when you have an issue with an online order. thanks a lot for doing a a great job at sitting around.
We placed a mobile order around 12:30 that was set to be ready at 1:05. We didn’t pick up our order till 2:11 due to a broken printer. The girl working the counter did everything she could to try to get our order ready, but she was the only one working at the initial time of pickup. Management was no where to be found. It's Subway. Nothing else needs to be said.
Kayden was great. He was polite and quick. I’d leave 5 stars however there was 2 other employees that were there( I believe they were on break) that sat and talked to each other even though they were getting busy. If you only have 3 employees working try to make it where they go on break one at a time. The people behind us were getting frustrated since he was the only one working.
