Ordered (3) 6" sandwiches and they wrapped them so tight it looked like a cigar.. meat was skimpy!! We wont be going back!!
At first I had a bad experience with one of my subs. Couple days later Sunny remembered who I was and we talked for a bit about the misunderstanding that we had when I ordered the sub. He wants to make sure his customers are happy and I respect that. We had a great conversation together and hashed out the misunderstanding. It’s water under the bridge so I appreciate that they take time out of their day to address different things that happen.
Got a footlong and the lady barely put any shredded cheese on my sub so asked for a little extra. My extra was a pinch of cheese. At the register they are charging me for extra cheese… I got charged $2 for a pinch of cheese…. A pinch. I get it if it was actually extra but come on that isn’t it. Then telling me I still got a good deal. I didn’t even feel like arguing so took it but eat somewhere else with better subs.
Service was the reason for an overall rating of 3 stars. Subways food quality has continued to decline year after year. The bread used to be what truly made their subs. Unfortunately, the bread we received for every sub was overcooked and flavorless. PLEASE, PLEASE bring back HONEY OAT!!!! This was by far my all-time favorite.
