You walk in and you're not greeted which I couldn't. Totally understand if they're already with a customer which was the case when I got there. The lady who made my sub wasn't necessarily rude but she definitely wasn't pleasant. She could have had resting b**** face, but if you're going to work in customer service, that's something you need to be aware of and fix.
