This location is garbage. They have screwed up my order 3 times now. Bmt, with stale crumbled bread, missing the ham as well. Another sandwich on this order a Philly we added bacon with mayonnaise, no bacon on it no mayo either. I go back to the store and the girls giggle when I tell them they left the ham off my sandwich, and forgot the bacon on the other, she actually asks me “do you want me to heat the bacon?” I looked her like she was insane. Friendly and quick service
The manager is always going in and out of the bathroom and looks high. Management and employees need a better method of taking care of online orders and customers dining in. Ask the customers ASAP if this a pick up or are they ordering now. There needs to be a nicer flow to get people in and out.
Rude walked in to get two subs lady said I cant get for a hour I have all these online orders.. wont be back to this location
