The whole idea of online ordering is so we don't have to wait in line in the store. I go to pick up my sub because my phone said it was being built. Go up and wait another 15-20 minutes because my sandwich got pushed to the side while they waited on customers in line. The employees mark it as ready on my app and I go inside to see it sitting on the counter. Then when I finally got home (a 12 second drive) it was cold 😒 inside and out 😝 The workers need to learn how to prioritize 👌🏼
