Ordered a very simple sandwich. Club with no mayo or veggies not toasted. I picked it up and drove him. Thankfully I live close because when I got home the sandwich was toasted (not a big deal but really wanted it not toasted since it was very hot outside) so I drove back since I live close. There was nobody in there. Looked like the girl was making a sandwich for an online order. A tip for the employees. When 5 people are standing in line waiting to order, take their orders first. The phone in, grub hub, lazy people that don't want to come into your store can wait. Take care of the people standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to order.
I just started working in Orrville so I've gone to this Subway 3 times now and it'll be the last. First time I was there an "employee"(?) Who wasn't un uniform had an infant behind the counter being held by people working (with gloves on) and continued making food after holding said baby. The 2nd time I was there the employee didn't say a word the entire time except for my total. Walked in at 8:15pm they close at 9:00… stood there for about 6 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter, finally “Kayla” came to make my food. She didn’t not speak one word the whole time until the end when she told me my total… she was throwing stuff around and did not have one care in the world or even a thought to have any kind of customer service skills at all!
