Ordered a very simple sandwich. Club with no mayo or veggies not toasted. I picked it up and drove him. Thankfully I live close because when I got home the sandwich was toasted (not a big deal but really wanted it not toasted since it was very hot outside) so I drove back since I live close. There was nobody in there. Looked like the girl was making a sandwich for an online order. So I walked in and said "I'm sorry but I got home and I realized this was toasted and it was not suppose to be" so she takes it and remakes it. Sh... read more
A tip for the employees. When 5 people are standing in line waiting to order, take their orders first. The phone in, grub hub, lazy people that don't want to come into your store can wait. Take care of the people standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to order.
