I used the kiosk for the first time today. I ordered my food at the same time as my daughter. She got her food and then 2 others that came in after me got their food. I thought I did something wrong so I approached an associate. Before I could explain that I thought I messed up, the associate got rude and called out my name asking if that was me. She told me, "Im working on it but I am helping these men since they were here first." They weren't first but I didnt care, they were soldiers. I dont appreciate the way she address... read more
The location was not clean and the stuff were not clean at all which I will never ever eat Subway again.
Order a sub through the kiosk, the lady behind the counter yelled at the guy running the checkout that the sub he was handing me was mine.....the name was Brian on the tag. I am not Brian. When I got home, you guessed it....not my sub. I live 20 minutes away and the only way I was getting this fixed was to make a 40 plus round trip to fix it. I don't have the time to go back so now I am.out $15 for a sub that they knew was wrong. Not getting anything from there again.
