The employee was working by herself doing her best to serve all the customers as I was waiting in line. She was super sweet to everyone. I noticed that she offered to remake their sandwich and said no it's ok.i say she did a great job. I was there last night around 8:15 pm. Thank you for great customer service.
This is by far the absolute worst subway in cedar city never go here they can't even manage to put 4 ingredients on a sandwich without messing it up please save yourself the headache and the stomach ache and go to a different one
They were really slow on making the sandwiches
badddd customer service from brunette and blonde evening shift girls. straight up rude and didn’t want to work just wanted customers to go away. Went to the drive through, one girl was clearly high and said oh we’re too busy the drive through is closed. Went inside, tried to order meatball sub, and said they couldn’t warm up anymore meatballs that evening and clearly did not want me there. It was 4pm. Did not want to give this subway my money so I left. Sooo lame
With all the reviews I’ve seen of the same two girls treating customers horribly, how are they still there?? The owner is losing business because of their insane attitudes. Have never met ruder or lazier fast food employees. I can’t believe how rude they are, I’ll never return to this subway simply because of them.
