Multiple orders of a 6 inch steak sandwich always cold (even with notes being added to heat the steak), they never heat the steak and the sandwich is always ice cold. When we took the last order back in, they attempted to re heat the made sandwich will all items on the sandwich. Requested a new sandwich be made. Got home to eat the sandwich and the steak was rancid and rotten. Avoid steak sandwiches at this location.
I placed an order 30 minutes before they closed, at 8:30, not 10pm like google says, and when I arrived at about 8:05, the lobby doors were locked. No big deal so I pull into the drive through, wait there for over 20 minutes with no response.
