I received rude and very unprofessional customer service yesterday while visiting the Oscoda, MI location. The employee refused to give her name and was cussing in front of children even. Sareena also lacked professionalism and wouldn't give her coworkers names. The toaster was down which wasn't a problem for me but seemed to be highly upsetting the workers. I assume you can see it on tape. I was in the store at approximately 5:10pm.
Couldn't find the sub i wanted on the drive thru machine, so I ordered at the drive-thru window. Sub makers weren't very pleasant because I had to ask for it. Sub wasnt as good as i thought it would be. Even with coupons, subway isn't the place to go. Thinking twice before going again.
Food normally is good nd organized. My only issue in this location is the attitude of some of the night shift employees. I get it, when they are one hour away from closing the store is a bit annoying that customer walks in and dine in for few min and go. But there is no reason to slam the trash can door to get rid of the customer with a terrible attitude. I regret to inform you that the DoorDash order I placed for my son and myself prior to the game was not satisfactory. The sub sandwich was not edible and was not prepared correctly. (Cold steak / raw bacon)
