Went in on 5-16-26 around 5pm. Ordered online a Club footlong. Picked it up, bun was hard. Went back inside politely asked for another sandwich because the bun was hard. She took the sandwich in the back, then came back and yelled (a lot of people in the restaurant) across the room “you didn’t even open it, how do you know it’s hard. The last three times I ordered ahead get to the store and they notify me they are out bread, out of meat, this that, one time sure, now three times after I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a pre ordered pick up they can’t make it. One you took my money, two my 45 minutes of my life I can’t get back, oh sorry and waiting 5 days for a refund does not make me feel better. Been a joke since I moved back.
Paid for extra meat...didn't get it....subway refused to refund me after scamming me
The staff today were so friendly and courteous. I was greeted when I walked in, and was patiently asked for my choices.
