The WORST subway. They say they are open till 9:30. I ordered through the app to pick up at 9. 10mins before I’m supposed to go pick up my order, I get a notification that they canceled it. Why? Why was it cancelled? They had plenty of time to make it. They don’t call you to let you know why or that they had to cancel it. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They just need to shut this location down. They’re never opened anyways🤣
Used to be a place that I wouldn’t mind stopping into on the occasion , however I don’t think I will be returning to this location in the future . My last visit I walked in after placing an online order ahead of time for pickup and stood in front of the counter for 15 mins before anyone from the back bothered to come up front , had to call the store phone twice for someone to walk upfront . Got there at 10:20 Monday morning says they open at 9:00 Doors locked I see the girl walking around in she looked at me I said are you open She ignored me and walked behind the counter. Not the first I went there and door was locked at 10:00 Some real bad management and rude employees
Online order only, what kind of bull crap is that? Im not going to sit in my car, order online just to knock on the door and watch it be made.
Never has ingredients and shorts staffed. Posts a paper on door saying can't do regular orders only online.
