Went to walk in 10 minutes before close and doors were locked. Lady working didn’t even come to the door just shook her head at me and stared… What’s the point of having hours on the door if we’re not gonna adhere to them?
We walked in with electric scooters-we were being respectful they were off and we were walking. The lady working (very rudely I must add) yelled at us to take the scooters out. The man working was awesome, trying to make our visit better. After we walked back in, the lady was yelling at the guy, asking him if he had ever had customers walk in with scooters. The lady working behind the counter to day was the best I've ever had at a subway. Very attentive cheerful greeting when I walked in never had that there before even though she was busy with another customer and still managed to take the time to acknowledge me
