Terrible customer service!
We did an online order. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 wrap. First we didn't get a wrap it was on a flat bread and toasted. We did not request any of our order to be toasted. But all but one sandwich was and over toasted which made the bread super hard. The sandwiches were poorly made. There was hardly any meat in them, they were overly smothered with mayo, and couldn't eat most of the bread because it was so hard. We don't usually go to this Subway and we won't make the mistake to go back either.
Bad customer service
Terrible experience! Don't go to this place! I waited 25 minutes for my order! They need to get the training before starting the job! They don't what are they doing!!
On numerous occasions on my lunch (11:30-12:30) there is a nice older lady that always serves the best to her abilities yet she is always the ONLY one there. Why is there anyone helping her, it take too long to make a sandwich for one person when she has a line that is 12 and up. I wish I got the lady's name because she stays positive and keep moving forward while doing her job. She gets five stars in my book but the service is crap because there's no one there to alleviate this woman from all the work
