Went in tonight to pick up my internet order 06/26/2025. I was told the internet went down at 5. The thing is my order was placed at 2:42. I had my confirmation e-mail and receipt showing my order, confirmation and payment. She said the only thing I could do was order again and pay for it and wait to see if I got a refund to my bank account. She didn't ask for my name or ANY information as to who I was..
