I order my lunch in advance every day for pick up so it’s ready asap for my (timed!) lunch break from work. More than once now, I have arrived and my order has not even been started. Today, not only was it not started, the worker proceeded to care for every single person in line before making my one six inch sandwich that was preordered. I did not even have time to eat on my lunch break. Very, very frustrating.
