The drive thru is their last priority. My food was ready for 10 minutes before I went inside instead. Poor customer service.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt to start with. They had a line but the whole reason for using the app is not to wait in line. Went in to pick it up. It wasn’t on the shelf. So I asked them about the online order they took my name. I waited 12 minutes while they made five sandwiches for people waiting in line.
