I’ve been here many times and had mixed experiences.. the one lady is never friendly and when I ordered online and came to get my food was not pleasant and watched me as if I was gonna steal something . No thank you no have a nice day .. I want be back .
I've never had many problems ordering from here. Food has always been ready on time. There have been a couple instances where they forget chips, but the orders are always correct for the sandwiches every time l've ordered pickup.
First time since I moved to the are no smiles no nothing! Very slow to make the sandwiches but I thought it was maybe a rough day. Second time, I waited 15 minutes and I seen the guy make 2 sandwiches (he was working on the first one when we walked in)!! Another guy took care of another customer that was paying, when that guy left, the other worker started walking back m forth like we weren't there. While the guy making the sandwich seemed to go slower!!! We walked out! Never had seen employees like this in any Subway, SMH!!... read more
Rude, arrogant staff. I ordered from my computer at home and when you choose a sandwich it asks if you want a combo showing a picture of a bottle of Pepsi and some chips. I said yes expecting a bottle drink with my chips and sandwich. The store staff said it was a small fountain drink and I tried to explain my issue (based on the picture online). They argued and argued and then said they were going to trespass me. I was already leaving but was blown away with their attitudes, something I'm sure the store owner doesn't know. ... read more
