Worst service. Guy with dreads and glasses constantly shaking his head every time I said I needed something on my order I go to sit down and then he’s yelling at a senior citizen and then he walks out because of the disrespect. The ladies were great and helped but the guy with the dreads and glasses doesn’t need to be around any place of business.
Absolutely unacceptable. The employee with dreadlocks and glasses was one of the rudest, most disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered. He was openly rude to my husband, my children, and even an elderly man who was simply trying to order his food. There was absolutely no excuse for the way he treated customers. If you work in customer service and can’t treat people with basic respect, you shouldn’t be interacting with the public. Food here is always good. Just sucks to have a manager catch an attitude over a simple question such as does anyone take in store orders. This store prioritizes mobile orders over walking customers. If you come in during rush hours you will wait until their mobile orders are completed. When I asked why manager was sort of rude, rather than schedule someone to works on mobile orders and someone who works in store walk in. I understand both are important but a walking should always be serviced as priority to any store.
Ordered through doordash today. Ordered a ham and turkey sub. There was NO MEAT on the sub. I mean there was barely any meat on the sub. It was terrible. I didn't even eat but 2 bites of it. No wonder subway is going downhill fast.
