Absolutely ridiculous, I ordered a 12 inch sub and received a 6 inch sub, they only wanna give a five dollar credit which is less than a 6 inch sub. Try to call the store eight times in all it does is ring with nobody answering it, then try to make a complaint online and nothing direct you where to go So tonight I contacted corporate and of course to Google because that’s absolutely ridiculous. That the only way I can actually talk to someone is to go into the store. That’s horrible customer service
