Stopped in around 10pm on 4/18/26. Placed my order through the app as I finished paying for my groceries and walked into the store at the same time as the beeper/printer alarm went off to alert staff they had an order. Guy comes out from the back, prints out the order, mumbles something incoherent to me while showing me the ticket he printed, then disappears into the back area again. No problem... Worst subway ever. My total was 10.76 then I entered my rewards number and my total went to 11 55 with zero explanation. Now they refuse to answer maybe they should have correct or answer before it goes to the bank
Visit it twice and I will not return to the part of where the Pepsi machine is and the garbage smells of vomiting, apparently they do not clean.
