Unfortunately, despite the employees being friendly, the service at this location is consistently an issue. They always seem overwhelmed and understaffed, which was much more understandable back in COVID, but that is not a real excuse now. Our most recent online order was an awful experience, as all four of our sandwiches did not match what we ordered online. I am beyond frustrated! Every time I visit the Subway off 156 in Justin, TX, it turns into a 30-40 minute ordeal—something that seems to be the common experience around town and likely why many people avoid this location. Tonight 6-24-2025 around 7 PM, I went in and it took about 15 minutes just to reach the counter. The young man working seemed new and was clearly struggling, which I can understand. It's OK but the staff is really nice.
This is probably the dirtiest subway I’ve ever been to. There were flys all over the place and the service was okay, but it was just okay. My footlong tuna sandwich had more mustard than tuna.
Incompetent employees and bad over priced food.
