My bread was so old and hard it crumbled. It was beyond pathetic. I can not believe anyone would feel of it and still make a so called sub on it. It almost was not chewable not to mention how dry. There is just no excuse. I am posting a picture of it on social media.
9/24/25... I decided to update my review on Subway South Point OH in the Westview Plaza. I've ordered from there 3 times in the past month. 2 of which were underwhelming. The same man made my sandwich(es) and acts like he pays for the product out of his pocket. I literally ordered online and increased the veggies to "more" just in case he made the sandwich. Absolutely awful staff ignored me for 20+ minutes, lazy and don’t make food to standard.
Ordered a pick up, showed up, and my fiod wasn't there. They said they didn't have the order in there system and I even got the screenshots where the money had come out of my account. It's bad enough that we apparently live in such a bad neighborhood that we can't have the food ready to just pick up and go, but then to get scammed on top of it. No ma'am.
