9/24/25... I decided to update my review on Subway South Point OH in the Westview Plaza. I've ordered from there 3 times in the past month. 2 of which were underwhelming. The same man made my sandwich(es) and acts like he pays for the product out of his pocket. I literally ordered online and increased the veggies to "more" just in case he made the sandwich. Absolutely awful staff ignored me for 20+ minutes, lazy and don’t make food to standard.
Ordered a pick up, showed up, and my fiod wasn't there. They said they didn't have the order in there system and I even got the screenshots where the money had come out of my account. It's bad enough that we apparently live in such a bad neighborhood that we can't have the food ready to just pick up and go, but then to get scammed on top of it. No ma'am. Sent my daughter to get a sub for me and the bread was hard as a brick. Top and bottom bread. Bread this hard should be thrown out. Will not be going back!
