Wonderful service here! I ordered a sandwhich today that was terrible, but I couldn't figure out why since it was the exact same thing I always get. I brought it back and the people working helped me figure out it was the new brand of olives they had recently gotten. They are terrible! The workers apologized and made me a brand new sandwhich free of charge, and it was the best I've had! Service is very slow, ordered online and the app said it was ready to pick up, but when I went to pick up order wasn’t even started. Staff is rude worse subway in the DFW area. Why encourage ordering headed just to stand and wait to watch the make the meal!?!
