Been coming to this Subway for a while now. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially when it comes to asking about applicable coupons. The service is good, they take their time to make the custom sandwiches but it's always worth the wait as the ingredients are always fresh.
This lady is super rude & unprofessional right away gave attitude to my mom that she didn’t know Spanish as she walked into the store. She was being super rude and racist towards my mom. Like all you gotta do is make a sandwich and keep your opinions to yourself. My mom was never rude to her so I don’t know what this lady problem was. Super uncomfortable and unnecessary.
Carlos is courteous and professional and diligent. He takes care of the store all by himself wonderfully.
I agree with the rest of the reviews. I work next door and that lady is rude ALL the time. I came in and she had terrible customer service. If you don’t like working in the business industry then don’t work there. I’m surprised management hasn’t brought this to her attention. Give attitude, you will receive attitude back. Definitely have to let corporate know. She has to go! No name tag and on my receipt as “server”she put random numbers Instead of her name.
