Blown away by the cleanliness and quality of food at this Subway. Bread is soft and fresh, veggies are crisp and delicious. There are even whole fresh veggies on display in the cooler to replenish already cut supply.
I had a coupon for a 12 inch sub. When I went to pay, the worker (or owner) told me that that coupon didn't work for my specific sub. I asked her to show me that restriction on the coupon. Instead, she pointed to a rather small sign (easy to miss). I felt tricked. No real apology. The tone was cold. A good owner/worker would have given the discount anyway, or at least an extremely friendly, "I'm SO sorry, but...." I got neither. Very bad form! I won't be back to that location.
Highly enjoyed The Boss sub. Service was excellent. Waitress was very pleasant and helpful.
