Placed a mobile order at 1:20pm. Says it will be ready at 1:40pm. I do some other things and arrive at 1:35pm. No one is around. My empty bag and order slip is sitting at the register. A customer is now waiting to order. An employee finally shows up at 1:45pm and makes the order. The whole point to mobile ordering is to be able to just grab it and go. Yes I was 5 minutes early but the sub should have been getting made at that time.
Good sandwich, better staff
Tiffany and Mike shouldnt work together. Went in for a sub and came out with my sub looking like a stromboli. Mike almost put paper in my sub until my boyfriend said something. Very unprofessional. I could've walked back there and did a better job. Tiffany then proceeded to yell at an old lady trying to get a pizza when Tiffany put the wrong toppings on.... id rather had a pizza from somewhere else at that point 🤦♀🤦♀🤦♀🤦♀
