Customer service was so whack, Food Wasn't even toasted correctly. She just threw my Toppings on my sandwich and it was messy, with only 3 topping, sandwich was trash,I love subway but definitely need better workers who cares about customers food. Iwork at a sub restaurant,stop hiring children who don't wanna work .

They manager was so rude I had to walk out while he was making my sandwich I was telling him how I like my sandwich to be made he kept yelling at me “I know what I’m doing” being very rude I am a person of color. So when I walked in he kept mopping the floors as if he didn’t see me. I politely asked for assistance he still took his time helping me yelling at me from the back taking his time to help me. Young man was alone. The young lady had already left. There were 3 families ahead of me. I never come this late, and I will never again. But Eli was very Polite and courteous! Also funny!!!
I just wanted to give a shout out to the two employees working tonight. They were slammed with mobile orders, and customers kept walking in the door. They were both friendly and professional and accommodated me despite being backed up with orders. I hope management recognizes them for their hard work and efforts! Thank you.
