The two woman on shift today around 1 pm were on their phones when they should have been taking orders and they were playing terrible music with curse words and sexual innuendos over the loud speaker in the store and had poor customer service it took 30 minutes to order a sandwich. One had her nappy wave ponytail unwrapped and I think she got hair in my food the other didn't even have gloves on working with food SMH . Why clock in today if your showing up to act a fool?
Bad service to be honest they take for ever to take the orders and when is your turn they give you a bad service starting looking at you and rudely saying What do you want ?!! No smile no how is your day or welcome to Subway throwing the ingredients. The older Spanish lady was very kind and trying hard to fill out order of 3 sandwiches. She was very efficient and professional. However the young girl working in the back, is pretty lazy and made no effort to help the Spanish lady out front that was trying to fill our order and taking the phone orders. It's shameful you have no tean effort and too many lazy people. The owner of this Subway should get closed down. Many friends and friends members are fed up with this subway. It's poor management.
