1st bad review I have to post. We mobile ordered said it would be ready by 4:20 was ready at 4:50 messed up the order. We went back waited another 1 an a half to say we had to bring back the messed up order so they could throw it out. And still was given a hard time to finally get out sandwich. This is why I go to jersey Mike's
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and my family were just there. Was greeted by the 1 guy working the counter, and then waited patiently for him to finish his mobile order. Then he grabbed another mobile order and started making that order. And in 15 minutes of standing there, he said NOTHING to us as we waited to be helped. NEVER go here i placed an order through pickup which was 1 foot long and 1 six inch both were supposed to be toasted and my six inch had avocado. My boyfriend went to pick it up and when we opened our food at home they both not toasted and there was no avocado. I tried to call multiple times and the employees answered and then would go on mute as if the phone was broken.
