Never answer the phone food is wrong
Went in on 12/23/24 around 9:00am. Lady was in the back making bread. She seemed busy so we gave her a chance. No greeting though. Not even an “I will be right with you”. Waited longer, she could clearly see us standing there but would not even look our way. We just left. Other reviewers have posted similar issues. You can tell they don’t care about customers. Drove to another location.
Catering orders beware!!! First off, I would like to give credit to the workers at the Dale Evans location for being kind and true hard workers despite unexpectedly being put in a tough situation. With that being said, I placed a catering order for 200 people a week in advance for a staff appreciation. The order was to be delivered at 1:00pm and I received a confirmation the same day confirming that Subway received my order. The time came for the food to be delivered and the food did not arrive.
