I have used this Subway before without any issue. However when I went to order the new footlong Oreo I was very unpleasantly surprised to find that the Oreo footlong WAS NOT a footlong. It was maybe 7 inches or so, and clearly did not cover the entire footlong tray as shown in the picture. I’m a little upset not getting the entirety of what I paid for, especially after how excited I was to try the new product. I am thoroughly disappointed in both the Oreo footlong itself and the establishment for serving this.
The only reason i still get food here is because its the only thing open late at night. Don’t even bother ordering through their app. They always always have some issue with my order and then blame it on me. Today they got mad at me for not knowing that they don’t have whole wheat bread and for not manually writing in whether I want my bacon toasted. Not a fan.
