I have never given a bad review to any store. When I went in with the coupon, the clerk made me feel awkward. If the coupon is invalid, the customer should be informed. Customers should be treated fairly, but they are not.
I visit the subway at the epic center five different times. I was overcharged the same price five times I visited other subways and it’s a five dollar difference in price at other subway . epic center manager rips me off every time the same guy rings me up with the beard and the ball head. Pushed my hand away from my food instead of communicating with words that I need to sign the receipt. Unprofessional.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit felt worth mentioning — mostly because it was such a letdown. I stopped by this location for a quick lunch, thinking I’d get the usual decent sandwich experience. Unfortunately, what I got was mid at best.
