This is one of those outlets where you show up with a legit coupon for a 2 for $16 and they still charge you $32 because they don't know how to enter it in their system. The coupon excluded a bunch of specialty sandwiches, so I specifically didn't get those and showed them a coupon ahead of time. By the time they finish the sandwiches, they tell me the coupon isn't working for some reason. It's not expired, I chose the right items; just two people that didn't know how to work a computer. Picked up an order at 7:30 and decided to order another sandwich with my app as we arrived. The young boy who was working was extremely rude and bothered. He said if we used the app ( to save money and earn our points) we would have to go somewhere else because he had to close up. As we were forced to not use the app he huffed, scoffed and puffed (like a toddler)as he made it the sandwich for us. We paid double the price. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
