Walked in to get two footlongs. We are aware the toaster is out so the gentleman heated up the protein in the microwave and got started on the veggies. He forgets about the protein and begins to close the sandwich and I have to remind him the sandwich is not done. I then requested him to heat up the cold bacon and he becomes upset. This subway is very disturbing. When you walk in it smells like mold. The toaster is broken always. The employee said “we can put in microwave”…. Everyone knows what a microwave does to a sandwich. The soda machines are broken and there is no ice. The store behind the counter where food is prepared is filthy. Subway do better!!! If you’re the owner of this store you should swing by and see how bad this place is. Lastly I forgot to mention the wall tiles are falling off behind the counter and it looks very unsanitary.
Toaster and fountain drinks are always out.
Having worked at subway in the past, it was always something I thought was pretty hard to mess up, evidently not as hard as I thought it was given this store, Bread was overly stale, like last bake from 2 days ago stale, next to no veg on the sub, 2 broken drink machines, one flooding the area around it ( for at least a week by the sounds of staff) other broken equipment left in the customer area. Looking at the previous reviews after getting the food, wish I had of checked before.
The food was amazing only because of the amazing service ! It made it 100x times better , iris ! If your planning on going here look for her!
