I went through the drive thru there was a sign saying it was out of order ,so I drove up to the window and waited for about 5 minutes. At that time the employee that was there turned and was giving me sign languages . I didn’t know was she was trying to tell me ,after a few minutes she came to the window and said you have to come inside. Toaster broke still it's been 4-5 months. Bread was not as good as I'm used to in Subway. Employees are set up for failure.
They have not had a toaster for the longest time! Food is SUPER inconsistent! Always have to substitute food! What’s going on?!
Three times, we've gone and it's been disappointing! The staff is good. No problem there. No cheese for the new nachos. Toaster oven out of order, for almost 2 months! No avocado. This last time we went, the deli turkey was bad. It tasted awful! Whole sandwich went in the trash!
