Having worked at subway in the past, it was always something I thought was pretty hard to mess up, evidently not as hard as I thought it was given this store, Bread was overly stale, like last bake from 2 days ago stale, next to no veg on the sub, 2 broken drink machines, one flooding the area around it ( for at least a week by the sounds of staff) other broken equipment left in the customer area. Looking at the previous reviews after getting the food, wish I had of checked before.
The food was amazing only because of the amazing service ! It made it 100x times better , iris ! If your planning on going here look for her!
I got a 12 inch sub and the worker there her name was Iris Im pretty sure she was extremely nice and was respectful she made it a good experience smiled and asked about how I am doing and my day it was a good experience overall.
Had a very convenient and professional as well as respectful and understanding service not only from all staff but in specific a worker named laiza not only did she handle my order with care and professionalism but she catered to my every request and was very open and communicated with me and my family about all options available on the menu and sandwich specific ingredients and also was very kind and helpful with my children during their ordering process would highly recommend and will be telling my other friends and family... read more
First I show up thinking I could get a good sandwich and first thing I’m told is that the toaster is out. Already bad as it is, the restaurant is falling to pieces , as I can see the covers on the table falling and see through the cabinets. I proceed to order the sub of the day and then a footlong. Which I never told what subway I wanted for that footlong.
