Food poisoning
Ordered through the app on 6/14/25 at 8:23pm. Arrived to store at 8:35pm tables and chairs piled on top of each other blocking their entrance, asked female employee if she was still open since she had her open sign up. She told me she had been closed for the past 30 minutes and she never accepted my order since she had closed at that time already. I asked for a receipt for voided transaction or anything. it’s currently 5:55p and there’s a lobby full of people, the single sandwich artist on shift has already begun shutting down bane (4hrs ahead of close) and has gone back to retrieve put away ingredients 5x as of writing. She is ignoring 10 people in the lobby to work on pick up orders. We’ve been here TWENTY minutes. Will also be contacting corporate.
