The workers here are inept. I get it’s a minimum wage job but you’re literally just making sandwhiches. My relative came to visit and they made him wait in line 30 mins without warning because one of their employees “went into labor”. we didn’t see a pregnant or female employee at that The flatbread has to be toasted. Even when you put a note they don’t do it. Go less than 2 miles further for a more competent subway.
Food was great, restaurant was clean, and the service was awesome! Ashley was behind the counter, handling it all, with no help, and provided great customer service! Ashley greated us as soon as we walked in, and asked us to please be a lil' patient while she prepared phone orders. Within a few minutes she was working on our food order, and did it all with a smile and pleasant attitude! Ashley is the main reason we will be back! THANK YOU, ASHLEY!!!
Just found a nasty bug in my sandwich it made a crunch which made me look so disgusting. after telling the manager, she didn't even clean the line or check the food for more bugs. Just kept serving it to people.
$am was a great customer service and friendly! Im definitely coming back here. Other subways dont treat you the same as this location im glad i came here.
