A girl came off her break and started speaking another language to the coworkers in front of customers. Then decided to judge the way I wanted my sandwich. She was very rude and disrespectful. A customer behind me agreed with me.
2 days ago i went to pick up an online order. I arrived 20 minutes after it said the order was ready for pickup. When I walked in the girl said that it wasn't ready yet and she needed another 30 minutes. I asked her to just cancel the order because I had to go to work and she said that she couldn't do that. I asked her how I cancel it and she said I couldn't cancel either. Usually they are always nice here and on time. Made an online order and received a time to pick up. Showed up after the time... Sandwiches were not ready, rude worker behind the counter barely paid attention to the ticket (toasted a cold cut sandwich and barely filled with toppings). I think all Subways might just be like this now, I haven't been to one in a year or two simply because of how bad my last experience was, and happened to go on a whim today just to be equally disappointed.
