Some confusion about coupons, decent sandwich though
Super bad customer service, ES is the name of the person that fixed my sandwiches and she is just terrible extremely uncomfortable to deal with her she refused to help me out with some more slices of tomato what a shame arguing over tomatoes, subway you people are bad ( keep your tomatoes, I am going to Jimmy John’s) thank you.
The coupons only serve what they have on the menu besides what regularly is chosen. It should include ALL sub types, not just limiting someone to a sundry of subs, such partiality.
Lady wouldn't honor my coupon from the mail. She didn't even look to see which coupon it was before she said it was for build your own subs only coupon. My coupon was 3 footlongs for $19.99. Any footlongs except 2. Right there on the coupon. She wouldn't give complete or competent answers as to why ONLY that location wouldn't honor the coupon. Asked for a manager's name and number and she didnt give us that either. She said for us to go try another Subway, that her manager said they dont honor the coupon. She was rude, snark... read more
