Lady wouldn't honor my coupon from the mail. She didn't even look to see which coupon it was before she said it was for build your own subs only coupon. My coupon was 3 footlongs for $19.99. Any footlongs except 2. Right there on the coupon. She wouldn't give complete or competent answers as to why ONLY that location wouldn't honor the coupon. I needed a table to sign a check, and the jersey behind the counter threatened to call the cops if I didn't either buy something, or leave. I was happy to purchase a meal there, but the guy was so rude, I just got angry and left humiliated.
So what's the point of ordering with the app and being able to customize your sandwich if the employees just ignore it?
I went here for lunch and they got my order wrong I ordered a old school sub and got a Philly steak sub instead wasn’t very happy about it.
