Ordered online and was disappointed that they didn’t make two sandwiches with the requested bread. Also, very little lettuce on sandwiches.
5 years of visiting UCHealth, and the eating establishments behind it are only open mon-fri. It is Saturday! Guess who is open? Subway! Had garlic cheesesteak on Italian herb bread. Super nice woman made sandwich and she was very polite. Sat outside and that was an awesome sandwich! Very clean and organized inside the store. Thank you subway! Saved me from hospital cafeteria food today.
I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I politely asked to have my sandwich wrapped a certain way — something I’ve requested many times at other locations with no issue. Instead, the manager at this store responded rudely, saying “we don’t wrap it that way” and even accused me of trying to “save money” by asking. I’ve given this place so many chances but every time I’ve been beyond disappointed. They don’t put any meat in the sandwiches, get the orders wrong, have bad service/ rude employees, are more expensive than other subway locations nearby, and do not honor any subway promotions, deals, or coupons. Really upsetting. I don’t know who runs this place but they have to make changes.
They don’t accept coupons !!!!
