Best Subway in town! Friendly and efficient service
I have had a wonderful experience at this Subway and a big reason is the owner, Minal. She is incredibly warm, attentive, and truly makes every customer feel valued. What stands out most is her amazing memory, she remembers her regular customers and even their exact sandwich choices. Sometimes she even calls people by their sandwich name, which is both funny and fascinating and make the whole experience friendly
I’m very disappointed with the experience I had yesterday around 5:45 PM. The lady serving me was extremely rude. When I politely asked her to add sauce, she responded by saying “yucky.” I found this word very unprofessional and disrespectful. I told her calmly that I didn’t appreciate her using that word, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she began raising her voice and became aggressive.
