Was there yesterday around 3:50pm, got a 6" turkey on Italian with extra cheese, spinach, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, mayo, oil and vinegar and there was a lady in front of me that paid for her food and no problems. I went to pay ( was paying cash) and she said the system had just went down and took a min to finish my sandwich. Mind you I got nothing else. But she charged me $9.04. Much credit goes to the woman who was working the day I visited. Store was clean, all food selections I observed were fresh and my sandwich was delicious. Welcoming experience. Relaxing atmosphere. She is on top of her game. Stark contrast to some of the other Subways around Pgh where food looks old and welcome mat is missing. Will return.
I had a coupon I recently received in the mail, not even expired. Wouldn't let me use it for a subway club. The coupon didn't even exclude that specific sandwich.
Did an online pickup and no employee in sight for over 15 mins. She then comes out to say they don’t have the bread. 12.8.24 at 12:39 pm. Unprofessional and she could have cared less.
