What the heck!! Is sized!!! How crazy is that!!!
I don't usually write low reviews...but time says they close at 9:30pm- 1 should up at 9:00pm and the doors are locked already. I get the attention of the man up at the front counter and he points at the door as if I was the one who misinterpreted. Ended up having to drive to the Subway on S Reservoir Rd and Quincy Ave, who, despite closing at the same time, managed to get me in. None of the sandwiches were toasted even tho all 3 said "toasted" I had a pick up, my pick up wasn't ready until 18 mins AFTER the pick up time. The lady on register helped people took cash never washed her hands and tried to put on gloves I asked her not to help with my sandwiches if she wasn't going to wash her hands, she YELLED at me saying "IM NOT TOUCHING YOUR FOOD" then walked to the back. Very slow, very rude. Girl on register never washed her hands then tried to assist with my already very late online order. Placed 2 online orders came to pick up one sat for over 15 mins while the 2nd order has barely been started. I will never return to this location! I actually thought my order was placed or the nicer cleaner location down the street. My mistake for not double checking address. Unclean, unprofessional, slow, rude
