I went to this subway today I am visiting Massunuten. The workers name was Kethen i think. He needs to be taught under management again because it was the most rude and horrible customer service i have ever experienced! He was throwing around the food slamming doors. Sliding all the covers for the foods everywhere. Slamming his fingers on the computer. Absolutely horrible. I have worked in customer service before and i would NEVER act the way he did.
Lettuce was absolutely horrible. Shredded brown and white stuff. Tomatoes were over ripe or beat up, I don't know which. Ordered extra topping. Didn't get it. 3 people working and it couldn't be better than this? Never have all that you order. Like cookies
Every time we visit the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.😊
