The service at this subway is unacceptable. Came in and ordered a sub the lady who made my sandwich was extremely rude she didn’t ask what toppings I wanted on my sandwich. just made it and threw ranch on it before I could say anything. Then she goes to wrap it up and I ask for veggies and she tells me this sub doesn’t come with veggies. I should’ve refused to pay for the order but I was hungry and not about to deal with anymore drama.
The worst experience ever! What happened to this restaurant? No phone in order accepted so I ordered online. One 12 inch sub, two salads which had very little iceberg lettuce (extremely small for almost $8.00 each and missing the tomatoes..a salad without tomatoes???!!) and 3 cookies was close to $40.00 without a tip for pickup! Never again! I’ll take my business elsewhere!
I went up to the counter to order and the associates were sitting in the back playing on their phones. They were not cleaning. They were not prepping. Just playing on their phones. I was totally ignored for a while until I could get their attention. A boy named Brandon finally responded. I also noticed the place is filthy. Walked in at 8:30 to get a sub and I was told that they were closed, I asked what time they closed and I was told “well we do actually close at 9 but our kitchen shuts off at 8:30”. What’s the point of being open for 30 minutes after you stop making food? I think the worker just denied me service because they didn’t feel like making it because I’ve had a sub past 8:30 at the same place before
