Sai is the sweetest!! He is very helpful and very kind. I love coming to subway to see him, he makes the experience the best every single time!!!
Sai is a great manager that cares for his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they’re satisfied! Most of the staff is friendly too. Fresh food and quick service. This is by far the best subway in the Aurora area. Good every time!

This used to be one of my favorite Subway locations, but I don't like it much anymore. The young Indian guy who prepares the sandwiches talks on his cell phone the entire time; he puts on gloves, but then he goes and handles various other things—and when he returns, he doesn't change them. Furthermore, he dips the knife used for slicing into water, but he doesn't dry it before cutting the sandwich, so a lot of water ends up dripping onto the food. It shows a severe lack of hygiene
