I ordered a Salad from their online menu, the employee, Bradly, said they did not have it. So I asked if they could make it... He said they could make it as the sandwich. I said I want a salad. He then proceeded to talk down to me about the difference between a salad and a sandwich. I told him I was 37 years old and know the difference between a salad and a sandwich. Word of WARNING. DON'T order with the subway app. This location didn't put cheese on 2 sandwiches. Missed several vegetable toppings. No oregano. And I'm fairly sure I didn't get the "extra" meat I paid for. I guess you need to go in and watch them do their job like a hawk so you don't get ripped off. Not sure how they can mess up an online order that has everything wrote out for them...
Would give a ZERO star if I could. First of all, my online order was made completely incorrectly. 2 vegetables were missing from my sandwich, I did not get oil or vinegar, salt pepper, or my sandwich toasted like I asked. No extra lettuce. Just mayo and lettuce slapped together. I called up and spoke to Jared the “manager” and he insisted on pulling up cameras saying I was lying about my food being incorrect. Got a sandwich - paid for extra cheese - came with no cheese. Took one bite, something literally tasted sour - my "avocado" was already brown and tasted super old. Made my husband try it, he said the same. Called to refund my sandwich, I was told "uh the manager said nothing was wrong with it and to not refund your order." Lolol okay Do yourself a favor and go to any other subway - or an entirely different "restaurant"
