I just tried to order a simple turkey sandwich, and it was a terrible experience. The tomatoes were spoiled, to make matters worse, they put the wrong sauce on my sandwich and the manager is Super super Rude! When I politely asked them to remake it because of her mistake, she refused. Mind you they make it in front of you like how can you go wrong? She should’ve just remade it and gone about her day. Service wasn’t there at all. This kid had an attitude when we asked for certain things, asked for more tuna(whether there’s a charge or not don’t care). Some of the sounds that was put on the spinach was slimy and I asked him to take that price off and his attitude was just that it bothered him we asked for these things. Ayden was very helpful, fast , extremely knowledgeable and professional!! I just left - it’s 8:30pm and I did not fell rushed. I have been in the restaurant business for a while and would consider Ayden a true asset. Came in again tonight 6-12-26 and once again Ayden blew my socks off with recommendations and upbeat attitude!!
Horrible service. Worst sandwich I’ve had from this location. First time seeing the “manager” named Laurie or Lauren. Very unprofessional and rude. Rushing every customer in front of me including my self. Globbing on extra mayonnaise because she got mad that i asked for a little more. Throwing on all topping without a care. Refusing to give me a refund. I’ve never had a problem with this location until today. The kids that work there have better customer service then their own manager.
