They kicked me out for having a 4 pound Shih Tzu in my arms while I ordered to go.
I went in having a really hard day mentally and the staff was so great complimenting my necklace and shirt I was wearing it made a big difference in my day ty I sat while I enjoyed my sandwich of the day best service ever
Rude, abrupt service. This review is for a dinner meal [take out] at 5;45 pm today. ‘Nicole’ was very rude and abrupt, plainly she thought that I was imposing on her time. The poor customer who came in after us did not even get a greeting. Thankfully, it’s Subway, so I could at least make sure that ‘Nicole’ did not spit in my food. As for the other employee - she did nothing but check her phone. She had made the effort to rub out her name on her name plate, and hang it upside down, so that she cannot identified. Posted to open at 10am, still not open at 10:15am on Thursday June 12th at Osuna location. Disappointing!!!
Paid for online order person closed early and flipped me off at the window and lost 30 dollars on my order!!!!
