The older woman who works here is rude and just plain hateful every single time I have gone in. There is not a single issue with any of the other employees. She will practically yell at you to slow down on telling her what you want but then will turn around and get mad because you didn't say something fast enough.
Terrible service! Understaffed and extremely slow. I waited behind one other customer for 7-8 minutes while their single item was slowly prepared, and when their food was done two online orders came in which were immediately being fulfilled without any greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. I walked out and won't return.
Fantasic spot if you like to be treated like a criminal. The quality probably isnt much better than that of a jailhouse either. The 1st Place Winner of the worst Restaurant I have ever stepped in. The location is a complete missed opportunity. Lexington is filled with expensive places and this could be a great spot for someone who wants to save a few dollars.....but it is not. Save your money on something else in life and walk by Subway. The door isn't worth the energy for you to open.
