This place used to run great, now they are understaffed and service is extremely slow. I believe new management is to blame.
scheduled a pickup for 11:50. I arrived at 11:46 the line had maybe 4 people in it. Waiting for over 15 minutes before I finally went up to the counter waiting for my order. Overall not impressed typically they are very fast with online orders and I thought since I scheduled it I would be in the clear but a door dasher for their order before me and it was definitely ordered after me.
Good food
The gentleman working on 7/8/2025 around 8 PM was so kind and personable while making our sandwiches and checking us out. He made the experience great, and because of him this will be our new go-to Subway!
