It is consistent that online orders are made before the people standing in line. Customers waiting in line to order should come before online orders. We waited in line for 10 mins while he made online orders before he would make our sandwiches. It was even stated “Sorry guys, you should have ordered online it would have been faster.” The workers are always pleasant, it just typically is not the place to grab food if you need to get in and out.
