Lesa is the name on her tag and it also said she was the manager. When I walked in today to get a half of a turkey sub she gave me a dirty look, took 5 min before she waited on me then when she was ready to wait on me she just looked at me and didn’t speak a word. The employee is very nasty and unprofessional , ordered on line at 2:30 for a four pm pick up she cancelled my order because the don't toast there, asked why she didn't call me to tell me said she didn't get around to it WOW twice now I have tried to get a sub there and twice there was problem ..... The women behind me order 5 subs and her order was also cancelled because the didn't have some sauce she want on they didn't call her either she was pissed
